"I was moving apartments within the same building. I wanted to hire people to: a) pick up three pieces of furniture from another residence and drive it to the new apartment, and b) move all furniture from the first apartment within the building to the new apartment.
I had a crew of two scheduled to arrive at a house for furniture pickup at 10:00. Kyle and Tom were at the door at 10:00 on the dot and were ready to roll. The first part of the job was a doozy---I had explained upon making the reservation that the furniture pickup would be difficult, but there was just no way to fully illustrate the situation. They needed to load into the truck an EXTREMELY, extraordinarily heavy behemoth of a dresser from the second floor of a home (with exterior steps to boot) PLUS one small and one rather large piece of furniture from a third floor (with a very narrow staircase that has a 180 degree turn at the top). Not an easy feat. They acknowledged that the dresser was incredibly heavy, but were super professional and adept and knew exactly how to handle things. They got to the apartment building, brought in the pieces from the truck, and got to work moving the rest of the apartment. They moved very quickly but took care with everything and placed all pieces exactly as directed. All told the job took only and hour and 45 minutes! I can't express enough just how professional, quick, capable, and respectful of the items Kyle and Tom were. While I have had good experiences with some other local moving companies, I knew I wouldn't need the (essentially) three-hour minimum that most of them require, so the fee scale of LoadRunners made more sense. It was reasonably priced and worth every penny--- I will recommend them to everyone!"
